Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder is a treatable mental health condition characterized by significant shifts in mood, energy, and activity levels. Individuals may experience episodes of intense emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and extreme lows (depression), which can impact sleep, behavior, and daily functioning.

With eight years of specialized experience, I provide comprehensive care for bipolar disorder across all phases—from manic episodes to depressive states. Treatment focuses on mood stabilization, relapse prevention, and helping patients recognize early warning signs.

Using evidence-based medication management and supportive therapy, I work collaboratively with patients and families to create stability and improve quality of life. My trauma-informed approach ensures that care is tailored to each individual's unique history and needs.

The goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to help patients build resilience, maintain balance, and lead fulfilling lives—while feeling supported every step of the way.
